Terms & Conditions
1.	LOA Includes all overhangs-bowspirits, swim platforms, davits, outdrives and pulpits, e.t.c.
2.	Boats over 50.5 m are charged as follows:
	- High Season (1st Apr. - 30th Sep.):
			Daily:	226 + 5 Euro/meter over 50.5 m
			Monthly (30 days):	2579 + 50 Euro/meter over 50.5 m
	- Low Season (1st Oct. - 31st Mar.):
			Daily:	128 + 3 Euro/meter over 50.5 m
			Monthly (30 days):	1201 + 20 Euro/meter over 50.5 m
	- Yearly (365 days):			19949 + 420 Euro/meter over 50.5 m
3.	Prices do not include VAT 23%
4.	Above prices correspond to:
		stem berthing for boats up to 22.5 m
	(*)	along-side berthing for boats over 22.5 m
5.	Along-side berthing for boats up to 22.5 m is charged +80%. Along-side berthing will be charged for those boats mooring on the top places next to the pier where the distance is greater than 1.5 m
6.	For multihull vessels +50% up to 8m., +80% up to 10m., +100% more than 10m. is attached to normal fees (m. refers to beam, BOA)
7.	Discount of 5% at the mooring fees offered to our customers with:
	a.	More than one boat berthed in our Marina for at least for three months each (5% to each boat)
	b.	Their boat berthed in our Marina the last three years (at least) for a period of 6 months or longer every year
8.	For the sake of promotion and advertising of Marina of Aghios Nikolaos sailing boats of Agios Nikolaos Sailing Club and other Clubs in the country less than 10m which do not occupy space port but only land space (day racing) do not pay a price. DAEAN is able to provide areas within the Marina mooring in races or other events without charge.
9.	Citizen of Agios Nikolaos discount 5%
10.	Discount of 6% at the mooring fees in daily rate offered to the members of Associate Cruising
11.	Pre-Payment Discounts:
	a.	Six (6) months			5%
	b.	One (1) year			8%
12.	Water and Electricity is charged according to counter meter.
13.	Daily fees are valid from the time of arrival until 14.00 of the next day
14.	The yearly rate refers to the mooring period from 01.01.12 to 31.12.12

Payment
a.	Fees are paid in advance either by cash, credit card, check or bank transfer
b.	Delayed fees shall be subject to default interest
c.	Charged fees are iaw the declared stay and are changed only after a new declaration
d.	Paid fees cannot be refunded
e.	Prices & terms are subjects to change without notice
f.	Boats are not allowed to sail, unless fees are paid at least up to the day of departure
